বিশ্ববাজারে কমেছে চাল, গম ও ভোজ্য তেলের দাম

 

বিশ্ববাজারে খাদ্যপণ্যের দাম তুলনামূলক স্থিতিশীল ছিল গত সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে। এই সময়ে ভোজ্য তেল, দুগ্ধপণ্য ও মাংসের দাম কমলেও বেড়েছে চিনি ও ভুট্টার দাম। জাতিসংঘের খাদ্য ও কৃষি সংস্থা (এফএও) গত শুক্রবার খাদ্যপণ্যের মাসিক সূচক প্রকাশ করে। এতে দেখা যায়, গত সেপ্টেম্বরে বিশ্ববাজারে সার্বিক খাদ্যপণ্যের দাম আগের মাসের চেয়ে বাড়েনি।
তবে এক বছর আগের একই সময়ের তুলনায় এই সূচক ১০.৭ শতাংশ কম এবং ২০২২ সালের মার্চের সর্বোচ্চ দামের চেয়ে ২৪.০ শতাংশ কম।

এফএও জানায়, গত মাসে আন্তর্জাতিক বাজারে ভুট্টার দাম বেড়েছে ৭ শতাংশ। আর্জেন্টিনার উৎপাদন কমলেও বিশ্ববাজারে আমদানি চাহিদা বাড়ায় দাম বেড়েছে। তবে এর বিপরীতে বিশ্ববাজারে গম ও চালের দাম কমেছে।
